Ilse Melotte

Ilse Melotte is a valued Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience in the energy and IT industries. Her expertise lies in general management, finance, risk management and software implementations. In 2014 she founded NrgFin, a SaaS business operating in the energy retail market, along with her Belgian business partner. In 2020 her business was acquired by ENSEK ltd, a global software company, and during the integration, Ilse was the MD of ENSEK Benelux. Ilse has a passion to drive change for good, providing transformational products and services that improve companies and individual’s day-to-day lives.
Dominiek Beelen
Founder and Treasurer Endelea
Dominiek Beelen holds degrees in Business and Financial Sciences and Healthcare Auditing. He has a strong financial background and worked for more than 10 years for Waterland, an independent private equity investment group. He began his career in auditing with KPMG and held CFO positions at Carrefour subsidiaries, at Getronics BeLux and Euro Shoe Belux. In 2006, he joined Senior Living Group as the Finance Director and in 2018, Dominiek was appointed CEO of Korian Benelux.
Fabrizio Malavolti
CFA and Business Advisor Endelea
Fabrizio Malavolti graduated in economics at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. As a consultant, Fabrizio works with Italian and International Institutions with focus on M&A and renewable energies. He was a portfolio manager on Asian equity markets at Sanpaolo and Monte Paschi Asset Management and worked for Merrill Lynch and Mizuho International in London. As co-founder and CEO of an ESCo he set up a multitude of energy efficiency projects. Being a CFA charterholder, he has been involved in several volunteering activities for the CFA Society Italy and Institute and he is acting as mentor for the University of Bologna team in the CFA Research Challenge.
Michela Gardelli
PhD and Language Teacher Endelea
Michela Gardelli graduated in Foreign Languages and earned a 1st Master in Italian at the University of Pittsburgh, where she worked also as a teacher. She got a Master in Teaching Italian as a Second Language at the University of Venice and a Ph.D. in Italian linguistics at the University of Basel, Switzerland. She has authored two books, “L’Italiano in erba” in 2003, and “Il trapassato prossimo” in 2017, an analysis of the changes in the uses of the past tense in contemporary Italian. Over 20 years of experience, she has taught in many Italian and international universities: Politecnico di Milano, Università di Bologna, Perugia, Bolzano and Venezia. She had students from all the 5 continents.
