Endelea is developing an e-learning platform with digital library – which is part of a cloud based Performance Management & Learning Management System. This all-African-LMS is a software application made available to Endelea’s partners, for the delivery of educational courses, training programs and development programs.
Objectives are to digitalise local organisations’ educational content and co-develop general skills training modules. This way Endelea, along with the African partner organisations, jointly support the engagement, motivation and development of staff, volunteers and end-users. Flexible reporting allows to measure success, training completion and compliance. But above all, we bring technology with a human face.
